The re-fresh/remodel of their location in Charlotte, NC was completed in September with scopes ranging from floor cleaning, painting, to ceiling tile replacement and FRP. We are currently providing painting services in California, Oregon, the Southwest, Northeast, Midwest, Southeast, and Canadian markets.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We are involved in a sign re-imaging project that started late last year. This project involves removal of all tag line signs from the building, patching, and repainting to make the old sign location blend seamlessly into the existing color and finish scheme of the building. Harrison Contracting was contracted to do painting and carpentry to restore the Farmhouse to it's original state. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A&amp;nbsp;little about Hardman Farm...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fundraising is continuing for preservation of the historic Hardman Farm, located in the Nacoochee Valley of White County. The project is the focus of many preservation partners including The Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation, The Trust for Public Land, The Georgia Department of Natural Resources, The North Georgia Community Foundation, the Hardman Family, and numerous individuals. The plan is to offer visitors a first-hand look and a better understanding of state history and the mountain region by visiting the Hardman Farm. The Farm property includes 173 acres of land, an Italianate farmhouse, and 20 buildings, whose history dates back to 1870. The property is located in the heart of the Nacoochee Valley. While this year marks our 15th anniversary, that only tells half of the story. The foundation of this company was laid more than 30 years ago by Bill’s father, Deryl Harrison. Deryl started his business as a small industrial painting contractor specializing in feed and flour mills. Utmost value was placed on building a quality reputation based on fairness and customer satisfaction.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The focus on industrial painting began to change in the early 90s largely in part due to the new retail construction boom. It was also during this time that Deryl’s son, Bill, was becoming more and more involved in the daily operation of the business. &lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; In 1995, HCC completed the incorporation process and also signed it’s first new construction contract - a Publix Supermarket. Since then we have enjoyed much progress including the addition of our carpentry division in 1997, the opening of offices in Destin in 2002, Savannah in 2008 and Tampa in 2009. &lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Recognizing that there were changes on the horizon, we began exploring the maintenance marketplace as a complement to new construction.
